Over the last 15+ years, I've built integrated marketing programs at companies like ShipStation, Expedia, WP Engine, and Bazaarvoice — spanning content, SEM, customer lifecycle, advocacy, and CRO. As a UT Austin journalism grad, I default to clear writing, sharp positioning, and customer-first storytelling over jargon.
Curious and proactive by nature, I'd rather find a better way to do something than wait to be told. As a leader, I give my team the space and ownership to make their own decisions, advocate for them across the org, and keep us all rallied around a shared vision.
Outside work, I'm a perpetual student — picking up new tools and frameworks (this site is one) is how I stay sharp. When I'm not learning something new, I'm usually planning a trip, fostering a dog or cat between homes, or losing time to a wildlife documentary.
